Before service

Is the inspection really free?

Yes, for homes and most small commercial properties. There's no charge to have a technician come out, identify the pest and quote the work. The one exception is a WDO letter for a real estate closing, which is a documented inspection with a flat $125 fee.

How soon can someone come out?

Most inspections happen within 48 hours of your call, and we hold same-day slots for active infestations — stinging insects, rodents inside the living space, roaches in a commercial kitchen.

Do I need to be home?

For the first inspection, yes — we need access inside and we want to hear what you've been seeing. Recurring exterior visits don't require you to be there.

Safety

Is treatment safe around kids and pets?

The products we use are applied at label rate in targeted places — cracks, voids, exterior bands — not broadcast across living space. Typical guidance is to keep children and pets off treated surfaces until dry, usually 30 to 60 minutes. Your technician will tell you exactly what was applied and where.

Can you treat if someone in the house is pregnant or immunocompromised?

Tell us up front and we'll build the plan around it — baiting and exclusion instead of interior application wherever it will work. We'd rather adjust the method than have you skip treatment.

Do I have to leave the house?

Not for routine service. Bed bug heat treatment and full fumigation are the exceptions, and we'll give you the re-entry time in writing before we start.

Plans and billing

Am I locked into a contract?

Recurring plans run month to month after the initial service. Termite agreements are annual because the warranty is tied to the year of coverage.

What if the pests come back between visits?

Call and we come back at no charge. Re-treats between scheduled visits are included on every recurring plan.

How many treatments until it's gone?

General pests usually settle down after the first service and one follow-up. German roaches and bed bugs take two to four visits spaced two weeks apart. Rodents depend on how much exclusion work the structure needs.
